Store Policy
Ordering All orders placed online will not be automatically billed to your credit card. After your order is submitted we will send you a confirmation email with a shipping quote. In addition we will notify you of any out of stock items or back orders. Upon receiving your approval we will then proceed to bill your card. If there is a significant difference in the shipping quote and the actual shipping cost we will notify you or credit your card the difference.
Shipping All orders ship within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. Domestic shipping time is usually 2-5 business days. International shipping times can sometimes take more time due to customs clearance. All packages are shipped with tracking through Canada Post or Canpar.
Returns/Damaged product In the unfortunate event you receive your order and is damaged or defective call or email us. Taking some pictures and sending them by email can be very helpful in determining the source of the damage or defect.
If it is determined to be the responsibility of the shipping company we will assist you in making a claim. If it determined to be something other than shipping damage we will give you authorization to return the product to us. Product must be returned to us complete in the original packing within 10 days. Upon receiving the returned item we will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost.
